Solving Business Problems Instead of Creating Them

In most cases involving contract and commercial disputes between businesses, neither party usually wins by counsel engaging in scorched earth litigation and/or going to trial.  Money is simply wasted and even the most just causes are compromised by the expense of litigation. We, therefore, generally handle these matters with an eye towards early resolution.

We look at each case objectively; we seek equitable resolutions, and we explore alternative forums such as mediation and binding arbitration. We will try these cases as well, but we always counsel clients to do a cost-benefit analysis including their time and stress when litigating over money.
